This is a rental of a fully furnished 388 sq. ft. studio basement apartment in a towhouse located in Silver Spring (Longmead Crossing Community near Aspen Hill). The studio has its own separate entrance through a backyard patio.  It has a partitioned bedroom, kitchen, full bath, fireplace, easy chair and ottomans, computer desk, comtemporary bar, LCD TV and DVD player. Access is provided by the owner to the home theater and Laundry room located on the same basement level.  Electric is not part of the rent but is calculated at about 1/3rd of the average electric bill.  The average monthly bill is about $200 and the tenant will be required to pay 1/3 of this which is equivalent to about $66 per month (utility payment, however, will be based on actual cost as shown in the Pepco Bill).  Tenant can access cable through the owner's subscription with Direct TV by having one box added.  Internet is provided free through the owners subscription with Verizon Fios.  Single occupancy is preferred and if an additional person will occupy the unit, then this can be discussed directly with the owner.   A bus stop is located a few yards away from the rental property location.
